M.S.E (SRPS) is located in downtown Yangon, with office premises spanning over 2,800 square feet. Our office is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and motor vehicles, ensuring smooth communication channels with customers and seafarers, and providing quality services.

M.S.E (SRPS) has always focused on enhancing seafarers’ professional skills and cultivating safety management. To ensure we have highly trained and qualified seafarers, we consistently conduct strict and systematic pre-joining briefings and training sessions for all seafarers. Additionally, we provide tailored and enhanced pre-joining education to meet the specific needs of each customer. Through this education and training, we further improve seafarers’ operational skills and foreign language proficiency, build professionalism, enhance safety awareness and teamwork, and instill obedience and discipline. This results in a diversified crewing pool comprising officers who are proficient in English, skilled, hardworking, and well-disciplined.

M.S.E (SRPS) provides experienced, qualified, professional, medically fit officers and crew with a positive attitude for any types and sizes of ships to suit each owner’s needs. Meanwhile, we are supplying Myanmar crews for VLCC, Bulk Carrier, Log Carrier, Oil & Chemical Tanker, General Cargo, Container and Passengers Ships. The trading areas are World Wide and Asia. Our crew management ensures that personnel are screened and selected as per STCW requirements, and are embarked and repatriated efficiently and on time. We monitor onboard crew performance throughout their contract period and maintain our own pool of qualified seafarers.
