We have four departments: Training, Crewing, Accounting, and HR & Admin. Our top management personnel are experienced ocean-going Master Mariners and Chief Engineers, proficient in both ship and shore management. All key executive personnel hold degrees or higher qualifications, with some having overseas education and work experience. With robust support systems, we effectively implement recruitment, assessment, training, management, and other crewing-related activities, ensuring optimal service for each customer.
